TWO TEETH!
Little Carter not even 6 months old (ok ok a few days shy, but dosnt every Momma brag?) got not onw but two bottom teeth!
This could possibly explain why the little big man has been waking 4 times a night for about a month. Maybe it was harder cutting two at the same time? Hopefully now we can get some relief. I have heard the first tooth is the hardest, and maybe since he got two maybe things will calm down? Maybe.
We have been putting him down around 8:30 or 9 and he has been sleeping till about 12am and then eats 5 oz and the sleeps till about 3 and is up fussing. After that he sleeps till 7. i am hoping to eliminate at least one of those feedings as this Momma has clearly been on edge, crabby and less than fabulous.
Unfortunately along with the teeth also comes teething symptoms...DROOL filled outfits daily along with red watery puffy eyes, raspy voice and a runny nose. Already took him into the doc and he is on antibiotics for his eye "just in case" but thats about it.
Thats a whole different blog post that I will not waste my supercalafragilistic typing skills on...BUUUTTT...due to a less than fantastic experience with Carters doctor we have decided to change. Long story short waiting over a hour for a doctor with a infant who is not feeling well just to be told "he looks great" when he look everything but great...not my cup of tea. I am so not a fan of doctors anyhow due to my own personal experiences. So I went straight home got some refferals and wah-la! Carter has a new Doc!
